Account control
Delete your account and associated data.
The fastest and safest option is in the app: Me → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, submit the request below.
What deletion includes
- Account profile and baby profiles.
- Care, health, growth, milk, family, friend, and community records linked to the account.
- AI usage, feedback, memory summaries, and personalized cache linked to the account.
A minimal de-identified tombstone may remain to prevent identifier collisions. Security logs and aggregate service statistics may be retained where needed for security or legal compliance.
Request deletion without app access
This form creates a pending request only. It does not let anyone delete an account using only an email address. Baby Nestly must verify account ownership before completing deletion.
Never enter a password, verification code, baby health record, or payment information in this form.

La opción más segura está en la app: Mi perfil → Ajustes → Privacidad y datos → Eliminar cuenta. Si no puedes iniciar sesión, envía este formulario. La solicitud queda pendiente hasta verificar la identidad.
